I don’t have a photo, just an idea. Can I get a custom painting?

Yes. You can describe your idea in words. We will generate a preview for you, and you can request revisions until you are fully satisfied. We also offer master painting reproductions.

 How soon can I receive my painting?

Once you confirm the preview, our artists will finish your artwork in 3–7 days (depending on size and complexity). After that, our partnered logistics provider will deliver it to you in approximately 5–7 days

Do you offer a warranty for the painting?

We provide a 10-year material warranty for every artwork. If the painting cracks or fades extensively due to material defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Can I get a digital version of my painting?

Yes. Contact our customer service to obtain it.

How can I track my shipment?

Track it via our website, contact customer service, or use the tracking number on the logistics provider’s official website.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting customer service during the initial consultation phase. If the artist has started painting, a deposit fee will be deducted upon cancellation. Cancellations are not allowed once the artwork has been shipped.

How do I maintain and store the oil painting?

Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity environments. Dehumidify regularly if possible. A high-quality oil painting can last 50+ years with proper care.
